- 2 pts. Cream cheese, natural
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), or stick leek
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Cut the spring onions into approx. 5 mm rings (the leek a little finer) and fold into the cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Is suitable for Sunday brunch, for grilling, for dipping or just like that.
- A very simple, super delicious cream that you also make 1 or 2 days in advance, so on the main day it is a little less stressful.
