Ingredients
- 400 g douh (sourdouh made from rye flour)
- 500 g flour (rye flour), 300 meal (e.. spelled)
- 100 g flaxseed
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 150 g turnip tops, (dependin on sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk, (500 ml)

- Mix the ingredients together until you get a dough with the consistency of muesli or sponge cake. Fill into one (or 2) box tins, let rise in the oven until the amount has doubled and bake at 150 ° C for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If the bread gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
- Important: The bread must rest for at least 1 day before it tastes really delicious.
