Ingredients

  • 200 g cane suar
  • 200 ml oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil)
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 sachet flavor (orange sugar)
  • 400 g carrot (s), freshly rated
  • 2 apples or pears, juicy, in wedges or
  • 1 glass fruit, cooked

Instructions

  1. Mix the first three ingredients in sequence. Mix the flour separately with the raisins and then stir in with the baking powder and orange sugar. Now mix in the freshly grated carrots.
