  • 200 g chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • possibly flour as required
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt together with the butter over a hot water bath.
  2. Then stir in sugar, almonds, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and finally the eggs into this butter chocolate. If the dough is very runny, stir in 2-3 tablespoons of flour.
  3. Place the chocolate dough in a springform pan (26 cm Ø) lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat (fan: 140 ° C, gas: level 2) for about 40 minutes.
  4. After cooling, the dough should still be a bit sticky inside.
  5. To garnish, cut 1.5 cm wide strips of paper, place them on the cake and dust everything with powdered sugar. Carefully remove the paper strip.
  6. Tip: I brushed the outside of the cake with hot apricot jam (microwave) and, after it had dried, covered it with chocolate couverture.
