Instructions

  1. First make a creamy tomato sauce from the tomatoes, the pressed clove of garlic, a dash of balsamic vinegar and some dried basil, season with salt.
  2. Put the flour, baking powder, lukewarm water, salt and olive oil in the food processor to knead or knead everything with your hands for 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough in a circle on a floured work surface.
  4. Put some olive oil in a heated pan and carefully place the dough in the pan, folding over the protruding sides. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough.
  5. Cut the ingredients for the topping, e.g. salami, ham, mushrooms, mozzarella, peppers etc. into small pieces and distribute them on the dough. Finally sprinkle parmesan on top.
  6. Then bake the pizza on the stove for 4 minutes over the highest heat, the dough must be a little firm. Then place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for another 5 - 8 minutes.
