- 1 cl Grand Marnier
- 1 cl peach liqueur
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 dashes blue curacao
- 1 carom slice (s)
- Blackberries

- Mix the Grand Marnier and the peach liqueur together with the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain through the strainer into the chilled champagne flute. Top up with champagne, stir gently and pour the Curaçao Blue over it.
- Place the carom slice on the edge of the glass and attach the blackberry to the fruit slice with a sticker.
