Ingredients
- 2 cups spelled flour, approx. 00 ml each
- 1 cup oatmeal, delicate as a blossom
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 cup plant milk (plant drink), e.g., Rice Milk
- 100 g blueberries
- 2 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar
- 1 teaspoon spice mix (Oatmealspice from JustSpices, optionally just use cinnamon and cocoa powder)
- Oil, neutral or coconut oil
For decoration:
- some chocolate pudding, e.g., from Alpro
- some muesli (granola)
- some blueberries

- First mix all the dry ingredients together and then mix with the vegetable milk to form a viscous dough. Now carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Brush a pan with a little neutral vegetable oil or coconut oil and heat over medium heat. Bake the pancakes on both sides in the pan. Tip: When the dough bubbles up on top, it`s ready to be turned.
- Finally, put the finished pancakes on plates and decorate as you wish.
