Ingredients

  • 2 cups spelled flour, approx. 00 ml each
  • 1 cup oatmeal, delicate as a blossom
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 cup plant milk (plant drink), e.g., Rice Milk
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix (Oatmealspice from JustSpices, optionally just use cinnamon and cocoa powder)
  • Oil, neutral or coconut oil

For decoration:

  • some chocolate pudding, e.g., from Alpro
  • some muesli (granola)
  • some blueberries

Instructions

  1. First mix all the dry ingredients together and then mix with the vegetable milk to form a viscous dough. Now carefully fold in the blueberries.
  2. Brush a pan with a little neutral vegetable oil or coconut oil and heat over medium heat. Bake the pancakes on both sides in the pan. Tip: When the dough bubbles up on top, it`s ready to be turned.
  3. Finally, put the finished pancakes on plates and decorate as you wish.
