- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 150 grams flour
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g blueberries, (blueberries)
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour the batter into a pan with a small ladle and spread the blueberries on top. Turn in between so that the pancakes are golden yellow on both sides. Bake golden yellow on both sides with a little oil.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
