- 30 g butter, liquid
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 ml yogurt and milk, mixed
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 g blueberries
- Fat, liquid for frying

- Put all ingredients in a food processor and stir well. If necessary, mix the flour and baking powder beforehand, but this does not have to be. Let the dough soak for 15 minutes.
- Mix in the washed blueberries and fry in hot fat, tablespoon at a time, in a pan. When baking, wait until a very light brown edge appears, only then turn. Sprinkle lightly with sugar to serve.
