Ingredients

  • 200 g ladyfiners
  • 500 g blueberries, cleaned
  • 200 g mascarpone, low-fat
  • 250 g yourt (skimmed milk yourt)
  • 200 g sour cream, creamy
  • 4 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • 8 cl liqueur (blueberry)
  • 2 pear (s), very ripe
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the pears. Mix together with mascarpone, yoghurt, sour cream, cane sugar and lemon juice to a creamy mass.
  2. Line a glass baking dish with ladyfingers and drizzle 4 cl blueberry liqueur over it. Now layer alternately as follows: Spread a thin layer of cream (so the blueberries cannot roll away), spread 250 g of blueberries, cream, ladyfingers - again drizzled with blueberry liqueur, thin layer of cream, blueberries and finally another layer of cream.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) until eaten. Serve sprinkled with cocoa powder.
