- 300 g cheese (Leerdamer) in one piece
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
- 1 small Can / s vegetables (Mexico mix)
- 3 tablespoon tartar sauce
- Garlic powder

- Cut the cheese into pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Put both in a bowl. Add the drained Mexican vegetables. Add the tartar sauce and the garlic powder. Stir everything well and serve.
- Note: You can also prepare the salad a day in advance, then it cooks even better.
