Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 1 bunch soup greens, finely diced
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 3 cans tomato (s)
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 0.25 liter ¼ red wine, drier
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 10 tablespoon milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Ground pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • olive oil
  • 500 g pasta your choice

Instructions

  1. Clean or peel the soup greens, onions and garlic and dice finely. Lightly brown the vegetables without the garlic together with the ham cubes in the hot olive oil, remove and set aside. Now add the garlic and let it rise briefly at the end. Fry the minced meat in portions in hot olive oil, add the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. Deglaze with red wine and reduce briefly. Now add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock, bay leaves and milk and simmer uncovered for about 1 hour. Then simmer for another 2 - 4 hours with the lid closed. Season with pepper and Italian herbs 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and then pour it off through a sieve. Arrange on plates with the Bolognese and serve immediately.
