Ingredients

  • 3 points puff pastry, TK
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 750 g sausae meat
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 large onion (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 250 g cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 3 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 250 g tomato (s), fresh
  • some oregano
  • 1 egg (s), whisked or condensed milk for brushing

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry and roll out 1 1/2 packages thinly. Cover a baking sheet with the rolled out dough and pull up the edge. Spread the breadcrumbs evenly on the dough.
  2. If necessary, season the sausage meat and distribute it evenly on the dough. Lightly sweat the chopped parsley and the onion cut into small cubes in the clarified butter and place on the sausage meat.
  3. Cut the ham into wide strips and spread over them. Peel and slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the cucumber and spread over the ham strips.
  4. Roll out the remaining puff pastry into a blanket and cover the entire topping with it. Press the edges well with a fork, press the surface lightly and prick the top lightly. Brush the whole thing with diluted egg yolk or condensed milk.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 225 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes. It is best to serve the pie warm, but I also like it cold.
