Ingredients
- 4 rolls
- 5 tablespoon herb butter
- 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed, such as rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 package quark, (herb quark / spring quark or tzatziki quark)
- Oil, for frying

- This dish is ideal for using leftovers if you have too many rolls left over.
- Dice the rolls, fry them until crispy in the herb butter, mix with the finely chopped herbs and fry them briefly. Fry the mushrooms separately in hot oil, possibly halved or quartered, depending on the size. Add the diced peppers, the diced onion and fry everything briefly, add the boiled ham strips and fry briefly as well. Mix the herb butter rolls with the contents of the pan. Mix the eggs with the herb quark (or one of the alternatives mentioned) and pour over the bread mixture. Bake at 200 ° in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
