Bread with Lemon and Walnuts

Airy, slightly sweet bread is perfect for sweet sandwiches with jam, and for sandwiches with tender ham. Fragrant and tender bread!

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Lemon yogurt – 175 ml
  • Milk – 115 ml
  • Flour – 500 g
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Salt – 3.5 g
  • Dry yeast – 1 sachet (7-10 g)
  • Walnuts – 40 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. We put all the components in the container of the bread maker. First liquid ones – egg, yogurt, and milk. Then flour. Sugar, salt, and butter – from different angles. Yeast – in the groove in the middle.
  2. We put the bread maker on the setting for white bread, light crust. When the bread maker beeps, add chopped nuts and grated lemon zest.
  3. When the bread begins to bake, grease the surface with milk a couple of times. The bread is ready, take out and put on the wire rack to cool.
