  • 2 slices liver (s), e.g., Beef liver. Have the butcher cut thinly
  • 5 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoon, heaped clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Pat the liver slices dry.
  2. Beat the eggs. Pull the liver on both sides first through the flour, then through the eggs and finally through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake golden brown on both sides in clarified butter.
