Ingredients

  • 4 pollack fillet (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice from it, alternatively lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g whole wheat flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs or whole rain crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the pollack fillets and drizzle with the lime or lemon juice.
  2. Turn the fish fillets in the wholemeal flour and then turn them in the beaten eggs. Finally, turn in the whole grain crumbs that you mixed with the paprika powder beforehand.
  3. Fry in a pan with oil until cooked on the inside and crispy on the outside. This takes about 10 minutes depending on the heat.
