  • 3 m-sized pollack fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon wholemeal breadcrumbs, alternatively breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Dab the pollack fillets, sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush with the horseradish. Now turn in the flour. Whisk the egg and turn the fish in it. Now turn the fish in the crumbs and then fry in oil in the pan.
  2. Potato salad, rice or fried potatoes go well with this.
