Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (pollack)
  • 2 packs ham (Black Forest), mildly smoked
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Black pepper
  • rosemary
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 1 packet spinach, frozen
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 pack shrimp (s)

Instructions

  1. Season the fish strongly with paprika, pepper and rosemary. Wrap each fillet with 2-3 slices of ham and place them side by side in a baking dish. Fry in the oven preheated to 220 degrees until the ham starts to get crispy.
  2. Heat the spinach, season with nutmeg and pepper and distribute evenly over the fish. Sprinkle with the cheese and place the prawns on top. Baked for 20 minutes.
  3. Potatoes go well with it.
