Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s) (pollack fillet)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), green
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 small Can / s pineapple, in pieces
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the fish. Turn in lemon juice and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Clean the peppers and chilli. Dice paprika, cut chilli into fine strips. Cut the onions into wedges. Mix 8 tablespoon pineapple juice with 3 tablespoon soy sauce and vinegar. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Fry the onions, add the paprika and chilli, fry briefly, remove. Fry the fish in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the pineapple (drained) and vegetables. Pour in the vinegar mixture, thicken with starch, season with salt and cayenne pepper.
