Ingredients

  • 100 g oat flakes, tender, very finely round (ultra fine oats)
  • 300 g banana (s), overripe
  • 160 g protein
  • 60 g honey
  • 10 g bakin powder
  • 60 ml almond drink
  • cinnamon powder
  • salt
  • 50 g protein powder to taste
  • 50 g spelled flakes
  • blueberries
  • Cranberries
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Set aside a small part of the spelled flakes.
  2. Mix the fine oat flakes together with the overripe bananas, the protein powder, egg white, almond drink, honey and baking powder in a food processor to a pulp.
  3. Then season with salt and cinnamon to taste. Then fold in the spelled flakes. If you like it more fruity, you can now mix in blueberries or cranberries.
  4. Put the batter in a greased muffin tin. Then garnish with the set aside spelled flakes.
  5. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes. The recipe is enough for a tray with 12 muffins.
