  • 2 pinches salt

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 6 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. The ingredients should all be at room temperature.
  2. Mix the flour with the yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, butter and milk one after the other and knead the dough well. Let it rise for at least half an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Grease the muffin tin or fill it with paper liners.
  4. Shape the dough into 12 portions with damp hands, distribute on the muffin tin and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Raisins or chocolate chips can also be added to the dough to taste, but I prefer to eat them with butter and homemade jam.
