Ingredients
- 350 g broccoli, cleaned
- 3 pointed peppers or paprika, cut into small cubes
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 150 g tomato paste
- 1 medium onion (s), finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 1 dash oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- 1 pinch chili powder

- Divide the broccoli into small florets and also cut the stalk into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, first let the onions become translucent and then add the garlic. Add the diced pepper and stir for a few minutes. Mix the tomato paste with the broth and add to the vegetables. Season everything with oregano, marjoram and chilli and fold in the broccoli.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the broccoli on a low flame until it is firm to the bite.
- These are suitable for GATler potatoes.
- Those who do not follow this form of nutrition can also eat the vegetables as an accompaniment to a meat dish and serve with pasta or rice.
