Ingredients
- 250 g broccoli, cut into florets, without stalk
- 1 red pepper (s), quartered
- 1 apple, pitted, quartered
- 30 g oil
- 20 g vinear
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds

- Put all ingredients in a mixer (multi-chopper) and chop for 5 - 10 seconds (finer or coarser according to taste). Serve immediately!
- If you don`t have a mixer, you have to cut vegetables and apples with a knife and then mix them with the other ingredients. This is of course a little more time-consuming.
- Note: The broccoli is used raw.
