Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 onion (s), red
- 75 g bacon, sliced
- 3 tablespoon walnuts, crushed
- 4 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- salt and pepper

- Cut the broccoli into small florets. Remove styles. Finely chop the onions. Chop the raisins with the chopping knife, as well as the walnuts. Mix everything in a bowl. Mix a dressing from the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix with the broccoli. Let the salad steep overnight.
- Heat the pan without fat and fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
- Arrange the salad on plates and only then crumble the bacon over it.
- Tip: If you don`t have walnuts at hand, sunflower seeds also taste very good. I use Miracle-Whip Light a little more sparingly and instead use more yogurt with a trace of sugar.
