Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 broccoli
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 packs bacon
For the dressing:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 ½ glass salad cream (Miracel Whip), approx. 250 g
- salt
- sugar
To sprinkle:
- cheese, grated

- Wash the broccoli and cauliflower and cut into florets.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
- For the dressing, mix the sour cream with Miracle Whip and season with sugar and salt.
- Put the broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl and add the bacon. Pour the dressing over it. Finally, spread the sprinkled cheese over it.
- Tip: I still let the salad steep in the fridge.
