- 300 g quark

- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- some Milk

- First the vegetables are peeled and roughly grated. The ginger is also peeled and grated very finely. Then the vegetables are mixed with quark and a little milk and stirred until they are nice and creamy.
- Season with the specified spices to taste. You don`t have to save on turmeric, cinnamon and curry in particular - half a teaspoon each can go in.
