Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 20 g mararine
  • 200 g millet
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g broccoli
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 150 g feta cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop garlic and onions, sauté in fat. Wash the millet with hot water and add to the onions, top up with vegetable stock. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook (20-30 minutes).
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 ° C.
  3. Clean, wash and chop the broccoli and blanch for 3 - 5 minutes in boiling water. Dice the feta / feta cheese, cut the chives, dice the tomatoes.
  4. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put in a baking dish and bake briefly in the oven until the feta / sheep cheese melts or takes on color.
