- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g pasta
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 200 ml cream
- 400 ml crème fraîche
- salt and pepper

- Chicken broth, instant

- I add salted water for the noodles and cook the noodles until they are still very firm to the bite. At the same time, I put on a saucepan with water, in which the broccoli is placed, and season it with a little chicken stock and a little nutmeg.
- When the pasta and broccoli are done, I fry the minced meat and season it with salt, pepper, and paprika. Just don`t fry until the end, otherwise the minced meat will be too dry.
- Now I put the cream with the crème fraîche in a bowl, stir it and season this too with salt, pepper and a little broth. I use chicken broth because the casserole tastes better with it than with beef broth.
- Now I layer the pasta first, then the minced meat and the broccoli in a baking dish. On top I put the cheese and finally the cream-crème-fraîche sauce and put the casserole in the oven at 180 ° for 30-40 minutes.
