Ingredients

  • 450 g broccoli
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g cream
  • 0.5 liter ½ beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli, cut the florets off the stalk. Wash, peel and roughly cut the potatoes. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Put everything in a saucepan and fill up with the beef stock and 1 liter of water, cook until soft and then puree with the blender. Finally stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
