  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • Hot peppers, or pepper
  • Garlic, fresh or dried
  • 75 ml water

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and wash.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the fresh garlic and broccoli with pepperoni to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze with the water, season and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  3. The vegetables should still have bite.
  4. Ideal as an accompaniment to fish or meat.
