Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 500 g dark chocolate
- 340 g chocolate (chocolate chips), dark
- 170 g cocoa powder
- 6 large egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon coffee powder, instant
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 400 g suar
- 130 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300 g walnuts, chopped
- Grease for the tin
- Flour for the baking sheet

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a 30 x 45 x 2.5 cm baking sheet and dust it with flour.
- Melt the butter, 500 g chocolate and the cocoa powder together in a water bath. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, coffee powder, vanilla sugar and sugar. Stir in the cooled chocolate. Let cool down to room temperature.
- Mix 100 g flour, baking powder and salt and add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix the walnuts and chocolate chips with the remaining flour and add to the mixture as well. Put the dough on the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes.
