Brownie with Dark Chocolate

The chocolate brownie is a small chocolate brownie. It goes well with a good cup of black coffee. You can add a few walnuts or garnish the brownie with whipped cream. Delicious!

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Bitter chocolate – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 6 Tbsp. spoons
  • Flour – 1 \ 2 Glasses
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Put chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Break eggs into a mixer bowl and add sugar.
  5. Beat eggs until frothy.
  6. Add melted chocolate. Mix.
  7. Add flour and all other ingredients. Knead the dough.
  8. Pour the dough into the cake pan.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
