Ingredients

  • 1 bread (s) (Chiabatta)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 100 g cheese (pecorino)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the ciabatta bread into approx. 1 1/2 cm thick slices. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Grate the pecorino.
  2. Toast each slice of bread, then rub garlic. First pour the tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and basil, then the cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, until the cheese begins to turn brown.
