Bruschetta with eggplant and cheese – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • Sliced mozzarella
  • Marinara sauce
  • Grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. Brush the eggplant with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the eggplants on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 12 minutes.
  3. Place mozzarella and fried eggplant on slices of bread and top with marinara sauce. Sprinkle the bruschetta with Parmesan and bake in the oven.
