Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 400 g cream
  • 8 candy bars (Kinder Bueno)
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes
  • 3 tablespoon baking cocoa plus more to decorate

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff.
  2. Chop the chocolate bars in a blender or with a knife and mix with the mascarpone and Nutella. Fold in the cream.
  3. Halve the cream and mix one half with the baking cocoa and the chocolate flakes.
  4. Layer the dark and light cream alternately in dessert glasses. Finish with a light layer of cream. Decorate with baking cocoa.
