Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey fillet
  • 120 ml milk / cream 10%
  • 150 g bulgur
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 g Champignon
  • spices: Italian herbs
  • 60 g creamy garlic sauce (ready-made)

Instructions

  1. Add washed cereals to boiling salted water (500-600 ml). Bring to a boil and cook until water is completely absorbed over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry for 5-7 minutes and add to the pot where the bulgur is cooked. Let the bulgur simmer with mushrooms and onions. I have dry mushrooms (I added immediately with bulgur together to the pan).
  3. Then fry the turkey, cut into small cubes, in hot oil until tender. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Add sauce, milk / cream. Stir and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Option 1: Put the cooked groats on a dish, top with the turkey in the sauce. Decorate with herbs if desired. Option 2: stir the bulgur and turkey in the sauce and serve as it is. Bon Appetit!
