For filling:

  • Quince (large) – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Egg (for greasing) – 1 pc.

Buns with Quince Instructions

  1. Knead yeast dough from the indicated ingredients and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. I used a bread maker for kneading and lifting – it’s quick and convenient.
  2. Grate quince (I did not remove the skin) and add sugar. Stir.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 identical pieces.
  4. Roll each piece of dough into a flat cake and place the quince filling on top of them.
