Delicious tortilla with a spicy filling. Making burritos is easy, but you will have a lot of fun and excitement for the whole family!

Ingredients
Minced meat – 500 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Canned beans in their own juice – 400 g
Hot Lecho (ready-made) – 250 g
(or Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc., tomato salsa – 150 ml, hot pepper – 1 pc.)
Cheese – 100 g
Lettuce leaves – 50 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
For the tortilla:
Flour – 400 g
Water – 200 g
Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) – 80 g
Salt – 2 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes (optional) – 1-2 pcs.
Directions
Preparing the filling for the burrito: cut the onion into quarters and fry in vegetable oil.
Add minced meat and fry too, I prefer mixed pork and beef.
We add red beans along with the liquid, I took the ready-made canned in my own juice.
In this case, I added homemade lecho (already spicy in itself). But you can also fry the bell peppers, cut into pieces immediately after frying the onions, and at this stage add raw tomato salsa and hot peppers. Salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Grate the cheese, add it to the filling and let it melt.
We cut the salad, I have arugula, but you can take the leaves of any salad. Cut the tomato into cubes. There should be a contrast in the filling hot-cold, spicy-fresh.
While the filling reaches, prepare the tortilla dough. Mix flour and mashed potatoes, add salt, oil and water. Knead the elastic dough. Let it stand for half an hour. Of course, you can replace homemade tortillas with thin lavash.
Divide the dough into 6-7 balls.
Roll out thin cakes.
In a hot frying pan without oil (!) Fry the tortillas on both sides. By the way, when there is no bread in the house, and you don’t want to go on purpose, you can use these cakes, they cook quickly. The only “but” – the next day they get stale, so if you cooked more dough, do not roll out or bake the tortillas right away, it is better to put the dough in the refrigerator and make fresh tortillas the next day.
Put the filling on the cake, with a fresh tomato on top.
