  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients quickly to a smooth part and chill for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Depending on your taste, roll out thinly or a little thicker and place on a baking sheet. If necessary, brush with egg yolk and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees (convection) or 10-12 minutes with electric (200 degrees) or gas (level 3) until golden yellow.
