- 40 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- a bit salt
- 70 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated

- Liquefy the butter, add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Let stand for 10 minutes. Peel off a small amount with a teaspoon and roll it into a ball. Makes - depending on the size of the balls - 15-20 pieces.
- Let the ball soak in the hot soup broth for 10 minutes - do not boil anymore.
