  • 6 port. Chicken breast fillet (s), plain (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 packs mixed vegetables, frozen (buttered vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
  • 2 packs hollandaise sauce
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. A quick and tasty dish, ideal for working professionals with a family.
  2. Fry the chicken breast fillets briefly on both sides in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and cover with the butter vegetables, pour the hollandaise sauce over it and bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
  4. This goes well with rice or baguette.
