- 60 g butter
- 1 can corn
- 4 onion (s)
- 4 leeks
- 1 can (s) mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream

- Sauté the onions and leeks in the butter, add the paprika and then the corn and mushrooms, season well with salt and pepper. Finally add the sour cream. The cooking times are up to you, I like it when the leek is really soft.
