Ingredients
- 2 port. Tortellini your choice
- Salt water
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 packet vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, prepare (defrost) the butter vegetables in a saucepan according to the instructions on the packet. When it has thawed, add the creme fraîche and season to taste.
- Now just add the cooked tortellini and stir. Meat, spinach or cheese tortellini can be used.
