Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 135 ml oil
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar)

- Mix all liquid ingredients and sugar in a bowl with a mixing spoon. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually sift into the bowl with the liquid ingredients. Fold in with the mixing spoon.
- Pour the very liquid dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake the cake base at 180 ° C (convection) on the second rack from the bottom for 35 - 40 minutes.
- Variants: If you use soy milk with vanilla flavor, the vanilla sugar packet is omitted. If you need a chocolate biscuit, simply replace 30 - 50 g of flour with dark cocoa.
