Cake “New Year”

New Year’s cake is a special cake. We offer a recipe for a New Year’s cake that children will especially like. This recipe is basic, you can decorate it to your liking.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Flour – 150 g

For the cream:

  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Flour – 2 tablespoon.
  • Milk – 3 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 1 glass
  • Vanilla sugar – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 200-250 g

Directions

  1. Leave the oil at room temperature to soften.
  2. Prepare the dough: separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Beat whites with sugar.
  4. Whisk without stopping, add 1 yolk each.
  5. Add flour carefully.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Turn on the oven.
    Bake 3 cakes. To do this, take a split with a diameter of 20-21 cm, cover it with Percari paper, put a third of the dough in the form, and carefully distribute it over the entire surface of the form (the cake will be quite thin). Bake the cake at a temperature of 170 degrees for 10 minutes. So bake the other two cakes.
  8. Prepare the cream: separate the yolks, grind with sugar.
  9. Add flour, stir.
  10. Pour in milk, stir thoroughly and place in a water bath. Simmer at a low boil, stirring constantly until thickened (20-25 minutes). Cool down.
  11. Beat whites with powdered sugar.
  12. Whisking without stopping, add vanillin and softened butter.
  13. Mix with thickened custard.
  14. Grease the cakes liberally.
  15. The cake is ready!
