Instructions

  1. Cut the ginger into small cubes about 1 cm in size.
  2. Peel the banana and cut into chunks.
  3. Peel and roughly chop the quarter mango into chunks.
  4. Add the almond milk, banana chunks, mango chunks, ginger, frozen strawberries, and vanilla sugar to the blender.
  5. Blend on low speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
