Cake “Yellow” looks very elegant, it can be made for a child, and for a teenager, and for an adult. The emoticon will delight everyone. It is advisable to use mastic, but you can do without it.

Ingredients
Flour – 240 Grams
Starch – 2 Art. spoons
Baking powder – 1
Vanilla sugar – 1 Piece (bag)
Yolk – 5 Pieces
Mango puree – 300 Grams
Vegetable oil (odorless) – 125 Milliliters
Lemon zest – 1 Teaspoon
Yellow mastic – 500 Grams
Chocolate – 70 Grams
Protein – 8 Pieces
Salt – 1 Pinch
Sugar – 45 Grams
Directions
Beat the yolks, jam, butter, zest at high speed until smooth. Whisk the whites, sugar into a strong foam with salt.
Combine jam with eggs with flour, baking powder, starch and vanilla. You will get an airy dough. Add whipped egg whites to it.
Mix the dough gently.
Place the dough in a tall form and bake.
Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes at 160-170 degrees.
Roll the mastic into a circle 8-10 cm in diameter larger than the dia of the cake. Carefully cover the biscuit and cut off the excess mastic with a sharp knife.
