Cakes “Chocolate Squared”

It’s just magic, there is no other way to say it! Simple products, easy to prepare, but great! And we use ordinary piles as a confectioner’s tool. Cook to your health!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Butter (soft) – 200 g + for greasing cups
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 350 g
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 50 g
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Soda – 2 teaspoon

For the cream:

  • Sour cream – 300 g
  • Sugar – 120 g
  • Cocoa powder – 100 g
  • Butter – 50 g

For filing:

  • Any nuts (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer.
  2. Then add salt and eggs and continue beating.
  3. Pour milk into the resulting mass and add soda (we do not extinguish soda). Beat again (mix).
  4. It remains to add flour and cocoa, mix gently with a mixer.
  5. In a deep form (32×24 cm), covered with parchment, evenly put 8 piles (small cups). I oiled them outside.
  6. Now pour the dough into the mold, make sure that the piles do not slide out.
    We send it to a preheated oven, bake until tender (focus on your oven) at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  7. The finished biscuit cools down, during this time we will prepare the cream frosting.
  8. Mix sour cream, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Then add the butter and mix well.
  9. We take out the stacks from the biscuit. Cut the biscuit into rectangular (square) cakes.
  10. When serving, pour chocolate cream into the depression and sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
  11. A wonderful dessert for chocolate lovers is ready. It turned out “chocolate in a square”.
