Ingredients

  • 500 g pork loin (s)
  • 5 slices Camembert (s)
  • 3 tablespoon cranberries from the glass
  • 3 teaspoons rub (raspberry mustard rub), but any other spice works as well

Instructions

  1. Parry the fillet with a sharp knife (remove fat and sinews) and cut open while turning slightly so that a slice of even thickness is created.
  2. Place the cheese in the middle and brush with the cranberries. Roll everything up and fix it with a string or skewer. Because rub rub on the outside of the loin.
  3. Now cook the filled loin for approx. 35 - 45 minutes (core temperature 75 degrees) in the indirect area of the grill. You can turn them around from time to time.
